You know it is summer in Vermont's NEK, when you can sleep with the windows open all throughout the house! Waking up to the sweet song of birds chirping outside our homes. The long days, where the sun shines longer than the moon glows, ahh, summer in VT! Im so excited to camp in the backyard and swim until our toes become nothing but wrinkles!!
Yesterday I noticed a Blue-Jay on our bird-feeder outside, and somehow managed to get my camera and snap a few pictures. The birds of summer are here to stay. So to celebrate, I found a fun easy craft to do with my daughter. A project kids can do themselves (with some adult guidance) to celebrate the birds of Summer! Have fun!!
